24-Hour Cancellation
Rule:
· Guests may cancel their
reservation within 24 hours of booking without any penalty.
· This applies to
reservations made for check-in date is more than 24 hours from the time of
purchase.
3-Day Cancellation Rule:
· Guests cannot cancel within three days of the scheduled check-in date.
· Any cancellations made during this period will result in the full charge for the reservation.
72-Hour Modification Window:
· Guests can modify their
reservation (e.g., change dates, room type, or number of guests) up to 72 hours
before the scheduled check-in time.
· Modifications are
subject to availability and any rate differences.

service team.
Exceptions:
·
Same-day bookings are non-refundable and cannot
be modified.
· Group bookings and special promotions may have different cancellation and modification policies.
· Please review the specific terms provided during booking.
Early Check-Out:
· If a guest decides to check out early, the upcoming three nights will be retained as a fee.
· For example, if a guest booked a seven-night stay but checks out after the fourth night, they will be charged for the remaining three nights.
Group Reservations:
· Group bookings require a 14-day cancellation period.
· If the entire group cancels within this timeframe, we will refund the full amount.
· Individual cancellations within the group are subject to the standard cancellation policy.
Room Type Limitation:
· Our property only offers shared rooms; therefore, upgrading to a private room is not possible.
· We encourage guests to enjoy the communal experience and make new connections during their stay.
No-Show:
· Failure to check in or notify us of changes will result in the full charge for the reservation.
· Bed will be subject for resale at 11:00AM of the next day after the check-in date.
· No-shows are nonrefundable.

Minimum Age for Registration: Guest must be at least 18 years old to register.
Identification Requirement: A valid photo identification, such as a Passport or Driver License, is mandatory for check-in.
Check-In Time: Guest can check in between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Early Check-In Fee: For guest who wish to check in before the standard time, an early check-in fee of $15.00 applies.
Check-Out Time: Check-out should be completed by 11:00 AM
Late Check-Out Fee: If guest depart after 12:00 noon, a late checkout fee of $10.00 may apply.
While pets are not permitted, we do welcome service animals with proper documentation. Please be aware that emotional support animals are not covered by this exception.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises and in the surrounding areas. Violators will be subject to a fine of $200 and will be required to leave immediately, with no refunds for their accommodation.
The possession and/or consumption of alcohol, narcotics, and any psychotropic substances or drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises and in the surrounding areas. Violators will be required to leave immediately, with no refunds on their accommodation. Depending on the severity of the situation, law enforcement may be notified.
Weapons of any kind, including guns, arms, knives, are strictly prohibited on these premises. Violators will be required to leave immediately, with no refunds for their accommodation. Depending on the severity of the situation, they may also be subject to arrest for trespass under applicable law.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at any time.
Identification Requirement: Guests must provide valid photo identification during check-in. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service.
Behavior Expectations: Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Any rude, aggressive, or disorderly behavior that makes our staff or other guests feel uncomfortable or unsafe may lead to refusal of service.
Immediate Departure: If necessary, guests may be asked to leave without receiving a refund. Additionally, charges for potential damages may apply.
Emergency Situations: In extreme cases, we may involve law enforcement.
Belongings Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay at MyCrib Houston Hostel.
Property Loss or Damage: MyCrib Houston Hostel cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ belongings while on the premises.
Guest Liability: If any property owned by MyCrib Houston Hostel is damaged, soiled, or lost by a guest, the guest may be liable for reasonable costs associated with repair, cleaning, or replacement.

No Personal Bedding: Please refrain from using personal sleeping bags, blankets, or pillows.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT
Consideration. Being in lawful age and in consideration of signing the registration form, the Guest releases and forever discharges MyCrib Hostel, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, members, managers, successors, and assigns (collectively, 'releasees') from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims and demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property. This includes injury resulting in death, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of the guest accommodation, and not withstanding that such damage, loss or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of MyCrib Hostel LLC.
Concurrent Release. The Guest acknowledges that this Agreement is given with the express intention of effecting the extinguishment of all obligations owed to the Guest and with the intention of binding the Guest's spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representative and assigns.
Full and Final Settlement. The Guest hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Guest has carefully read this Agreement, and the Guest fully understands the same, and that the Guest is freely and voluntarily executing the same.
The Guest has given opportunity and has been encouraged to seek independent legal advice prior to signing this agreement.
This agreement contains the entire agreement between the Guest and MyCrib Hostel LLC and terms of this agreement are contractual and not a mere recital.
The Guest understands that by signing this Agreement, the Guest agrees to be forever prevented from suing or otherwise claiming against MyCrib Hostel LLC for any property loss or personal injury that the Guest may sustain while staying at MyCrib Hostel.
Governing Law. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
By signing a registration form, the Guest, on behalf of itself and its heirs, successors and assigns, hereby expressly executes this Agreement.
